刘学思

刘学思，字中津，1959年5月生于天津武清。自幼随父刘炳森先生学习绘画、书法和篆刻，并且早在少年时代即有作品发表于儿童刊物。1981年毕业于北京西城职业学校附属中国画专科，系统而且深入地研习了中国画传统笔墨技法，汲取各家所长，尤其得宋元山水之三昧，在传统技法方面奠定了扎实的基础。1983年在北京电影制片厂从事电影美术设计及字幕的书写工作。为了进一步深造，1985年东渡扶桑，开始了长达十年的留学生涯。1989年毕业于日本京都教育大学美术系，从师乌头尾精教授，专攻日本画。在日期间，先后在广岛、德岛、仙台、京都和大阪等地举办个人书画展，受到普遍好评，并多次接受京都新闻、关西电视台等新闻媒体的采访和广泛介绍。归国后，在北京国际教学中心担任书法绘画和篆刻的教学工作。现在专攻中国山水画和书法。
刘学思现为中华海外联谊会理事，中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，国画一级美术师，中国书法研究院副院长，北京书画艺术研究会副秘书长，北京书画艺术院副院长，东方白马书画院副院长，北京齐白石艺术研究会常务理事。
1995年

8月30日为《纪念抗日战争胜利60周年书画作品展》创作的作品与15日-30日在北京人民革命军事博物馆展出；
9月10日为天津市武清区青少年活动中心捐赠书画作品壹件；
2006年
5月29日作品被中国宋庆龄基金会“纪念宋庆龄逝世二十五周年中华妇女书画作品展组委会”收藏；
2007年

12月经中国策划年会暨第四届中国“诸葛亮”策划奖专家评审委员会综合评定，被授予为“中国十大艺术策划专家”；
