        博物院位于美丽的中华太极城旬河和汉江两江河交汇处，大有秋水共苍天一色，落霞与弧齐飞的盛景，朴实勤劳而富有创造精神的人们，在此蕴孕展现着一个新的人文景点。

       瀚江书画博物院由陕西瀚江书画发展公司投资、旬阳县政府和著名书画鉴藏家贾绍俭支持成立，院内惊现展藏近现代书画名家作品和书画历史资料的重要场地，也是普及书画艺术的知识的基地，为打造中华太极城文化旅游名城做出的一项重要文化工程。集中国近现代代美术精粹，有大师吴冠中之丈二精妙孤品组合代表作、长安画派创始人石鲁之精品，世界文坛的书法巨匠卫俊秀之绝品、百米名家大师合画长卷等等居多，每一副都是精品绝伦。

陕西省文物局，民政厅，文化厅批准成立的陕西名人书画鉴定咨询中心（陝西名人书画鉴定中心，是2012年经陝西省民政厅，陕西省文物局。陝西省文化厅。陕西省物价局。批准成立的唯一鉴定机构，每年年检核准，七年来为各界人土免费鉴定书画二千六百多件次，收到了广泛的好评）

(1)著名书画鉴藏贾绍俭 简介：

贾绍俭，号封王，著名收藏家、鉴赏家，瀚江书画博物院终身院长和专家，终身享受国务院特殊津贴专家，陕西省名人书画鉴定咨询中心首席鉴定专家，陕西省民间博物馆协会副会长，陕西省收藏家协会副秘书长，国家鉴定委员会委员，接触从事书画收藏五十余年，作为成功的书画投资人，深得各界人士称赞，上个世纪画坛泰斗吴冠中大师临终前将毕生巨作数副馈赠于远在西北的封王并亲自题诗   《古有封神榜，千年留仙名。今出封王馆，万世传芳名。》

          开办了著名封王画馆，中央电视台首届鉴宝陕西选区鉴定专家。中国于右任书法学会名誉主席，1998年三月受聘任为陕西中宝拍卖有限责任公司书画鉴定顾问，1998年十月聘为陕西省文化经济交流协会常务理事，1999年三月聘任为西安国衡拍卖行书画鉴定顾问，1999年六月聘任为西安毅达拍卖行顾问，2000年元月聘任为陕西省翰秦拍卖有限公司书画鉴定顾问，2000年聘任为《中华英才大典编委会》特约编委，2001年十二月聘任为西安电视台《收藏天下》书画鉴定顾问，2001年聘任为陕西省丹尼尔拍卖有限公司顾问，2005年聘为《首届民间鉴宝电视展》陕西选区鉴定专家组成员，2005年被推选为陕西省收藏家协会1.2.3届副秘书长，2015年陕西书画协会顾问，2018年受聘为陕西书画艺术协会顾问，中国传媒书画院名誉院长，2019年被受于爱心大使。

        编著的书刊有《贾绍俭谈书画》专辑（上下两辑）、《贾绍俭谈名人书画的收藏与投资》专辑（上下两辑）、《何海霞书画辨伪》专辑、《大家刘文西》专辑、《贾绍俭谈刘文西画的收藏》专题新闻、《贾绍俭和他收藏的百米长卷》专辑等。

       著述有《书画辨伪》、《邮品与名人书画的投资与收藏》、《贾绍俭书画收藏答客问》、《真画假画》等见诸报刊。

由于在业内的成绩曾多次被邀请参加国务院新闻办国庆观礼团或春节首都各界座谈会等等，终身享受国务院特殊津贴专家。

      出版《刘文西画的真赝对比》、《收藏》发表长篇专访《吉地淘宝8226感悟其绝——记书画收藏投资家贾绍俭》他的收藏业绩被入编《世界华人书画篆刻家名人大字典》、《世界艺术家名人录》、《祖国万岁》、《中华英才大典》、《中国专家大辞典》、《中国各科专家大辞典》、《陕西文化名人大辞典》等大型典籍。

（2）姚慧敏（姚会民），瀚江书画博物院专家，中国教育博物馆名誉馆长，历史文物研究所所长，国家一级书法师，学者、书法评论家，文字（字体）研究家。中国文化魂网站总编，中国国际文化发展中心理事，中国文化魂书画研究院院长，中央书画研究院副院长，中华书画协会名誉顾问，中央电视台书画频道外联部长，辉煌中华杂志社副社长，中国博达书画院名誉院长，中国榜书协会理事，中国甲骨文协会理事，陕西书画艺术研究院副院长，华夏平安书画院常务院长，陕西毛泽东书法协会理事等。

（3）朱思红，陕西文物局研究员兵马俑博物馆研究员（专家），瀚江书画博物院专家，秦砖汉瓦研究专家青铜器研究员。1990年毕业于西北大学历史系考古学专业，获历史学学士学位，同年7月到秦俑博物馆工作至今。2007年1月在郑州大学中国古代史专业获博士学位。

    参加一、二号坑的考古发掘和秦始皇陵的考古调查；2002年在西安市北郊支援省考古所随工清理；2004年 参加国家文物局项目“两汉帝陵研究”，在洛阳进行东汉帝陵的调查、钻探和试掘；2007年6月，在韩成参加全国考古领队与考古现场保护技术学习培训学习，取得资格证书；2007年9月参加第三次全国文物普查培训学习，取得资格证书。主要研究方向：秦始皇陵考古、科技史与和文化遗产研究。2004年获“洛娃杯”全国文化青年论先进文化建设征文三等奖。 出版《中国古代文房四宝的真伪鉴别》（合作）著作一部，发表《世界文化遗产——秦始皇陵的保护》、《秦始皇陵出土青铜鼎之我见》、《关于阿房宫的几个问题》、《秦始皇陵园范围新探索》、《秦车减震试探》、《伏兔、当兔与古代车的减震》、《秦始皇陵一号铜车出土铜弩的力学分析》和《秦始皇陵园水工新认识》等 30多篇论文。

瀚江书画博物院

Shaanxi Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Appraisal Consultation Center (Shaanxi Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Appraisal Center), approved by Shaanxi Cultural Relics Bureau, Civil Affairs Department and Culture Department, was established in 2012 by Shaanxi Civil Affairs Department and Shaanxi Cultural Relics Bureau.
