赵权利

赵权利，1967年5月生，陕西华阴人。现为中国艺术研究院美术研究所研究员、《美术观察》副主编，系中国美术家协会会员，文学博士。
1990年毕业于西安美术学院师范系，1995年毕业于西安美术学院美术史论专业，获硕士学位，2001年毕业于中国艺术研究院研究生部美术系，获博士学位。2008年晋升为研究员。
曾参与全国艺术科学“九五”重大课题《中华艺术通史》“秦汉卷”、“五代两宋辽西夏金卷”（下编）、“清代卷”（下编）撰稿，担任“五代两宋辽西夏金卷”（下编）副主编；参与国家重点课题“西部人文资源的保护、利用和开发”，担任民间美术组副组长；参与国家重点课题“西北人文资源环境基础数据库”，担任民间美术组副组长。
出版《美术世界》（合）、《中国书法家全集——苏轼》、《中国古代绘画技法、材料、工具史纲》。主编《攀登集》。参与《中国绘画发展史》撰稿；参与撰稿。参与国家“九五”、“十五”重点出版规划项目《中国大百科全书》第二版“美术卷”辞目撰写；参与《中国美术大百科》辞目撰写。发表论文、评论、译文等80余篇。主要论文有《石涛“蒙养、生活”论》、《王维诗画艺术及其人格精神》、《人事的自然——四王山水画的儒学精神》、《苏轼书法传评》、《笔史述略》、《墨史述略》、《砚史述略》、《纸史述略》、《黄宾虹的文人画观》、《艺术的意志——中国古代画院建制与发展概略》、《五代两宋时期的山水画法之变》、《明清时期的山水画法资源与当代启示》、《京津画派研究》等。论文曾获得“全国首届美术学（论文）奖”三等奖、2002年中国艺术研究院优秀论文奖三等奖。
