陈祖骥

陈祖骥画名可愚，男，汉族，1940年出生于湖南怀化新晃侗族自治县，祖籍贵州大方，现定居北京。当代著名画家、教育家，中国美术家协会会员。因父母工作原因在贵阳市度过了自己的童年时代，17岁起到四川美术学院附中读书，1965年毕业于四川美术学院，毕业分配到成都工作18年之久。曾任云南艺术学院工艺美术系系主任、云南艺术学院民族民间艺术研究所所长、云南大学国际现代设计艺术学院首任院长等职务。1996年深入香格里拉山区进行专业采风创作和学术研究，从此走上了职业画家之路。作品多次获奖，其中《香格里拉之旅—荒塬朝阳》获2004年第五届当代中国山水画展金奖。在北京中国美术馆以及广州、成都、昆明等地举办过多次个展，作品被中国美术馆以及英国、马来西亚、香港、台湾、日本等国家和地区的专业机构和个人所收藏。
