朱锦林

1950年生，江苏省扬州市人，祖籍浙江杭州。中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，新疆维吾尔自治区美协顾问，中国海上书画研究所特邀研究员。现任中国人民解放军兰州军区副司令员，中将军衔。
其自幼喜欢绘画，后被部队作为文艺骨干特招入伍，携笔从戎。因立志报效祖国、献身国防，转习军事。军务遐余，情系丹青，临池不辍，涉猎山水、人物、花鸟，尤喜画虾、画鸡。其绘画、书法作品多次在《人民日报》、《人民论坛》、《国画》、《中国画家》、《东方书画人物》和《美术》等军内外报刊上发表，并多次在国内大型画展中展出。2011年11月作品《双寿》、《吉祥图》、《神龙戏月图》赴葡萄牙东方博物馆“水墨中国—中国当代国画精品展”展览。作品被广大喜爱者收藏。出版有画虾、画鸡、国画精品集等专辑，是一位有影响的将军书画家。
