1971年出生于中国山西省稷山县。
1997年毕业于中央美术学院版画系，获文学学士学位；
2010年毕业于清华大学美术学院绘画系，获艺术硕士（MFA）学位。
1997年至今任教于清华大学美术学院绘画系，副教授，副系主任。
中国美术家协会会员。

Born in Jishan County, Shanxi Province, China in 1971.

He graduated from the Printing Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

In 2010, he graduated from the Department of Painting, Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, with a Master of Arts (MFA) degree.

Since 1997, he has taught in the Department of Painting, Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University. He is an associate professor and vice chairman of the department.

Member of China Artists Association.
