文关旺

文关旺(1943.1—)原名文官旺，山西稷山人。擅长中国画、美术设计。1962年毕业于中央美术学院附中，1967年毕业于中央工艺美院，1973年在北京纺织科研新装潢组，1978年在群众出版社美编室，1991年至今在北京画院中国画编辑部任主编、编审。装帧设计《啄木鸟》获首届全国期刊整体设计奖。
