霍保权

霍保权，祖籍山东临沂，1969年出生与黑龙江省兰西县，1987年入伍，1993年毕业于中国人民解放军大连陆军学院，曾经担任通讯员、文书、班长、教官等职务。现为中国美术家协会会员、吉林市工笔画协会会长、吉林市画院花鸟画研究会会长、吉林市青年美术家协会副主席、辽河画院特聘画家。
