张冠哲

1947年生于黑龙江泰来县。擅长中国画、连环画。1968年毕业于内蒙古师范学院艺术系美术专业。后结业于中央美术学院中国画系。擅长工笔人物及写意山水。所作多取材北方风情和历史典故。历任内蒙古扎责特旗文化馆、兴安盟群众艺术馆美术员，黑龙江书画院创作员。作品还有《边疆春色》等。现任黑龙江省画院副院长、黑龙江省美术家协会副主席、黑龙江省文史研究馆员、国家一级美术师、享受政府特殊津贴专家。中国美术家协会会员、中国当代工笔画学会会员、黑龙江省书法家协会会员。
作品《草原长城》1972年入选国家对外文委在意大利佛罗伦萨举办的“中国现代美术工艺作品展”；《破晓》、《鹰扬》、《祥音》、《腾飞的精灵》、《腾跃千秋》参加全国第六届、第八届、第九届、第十届美术大展及关东画派人物画大展。获国展优秀奖并省级文艺精品工程大奖。
作品被中国美术馆、北京大学、台湾国父纪念馆等研究部门收藏。被编入《现代中国人物画全集》、《当代工笔画集》、《当代中青年艺术家佳作选》、《全国画院双年展作品集》、《中国画三百家》等二十余部合集。出版有《张冠哲画集》、并有作品在人民美术出版社、上海人民美术出版社、天津美术出版社、美术、连环画报、人民日报、光明日报等出版发表。被收入《中国美术年鉴1949-1989》、《中国当代国画家辞典》等十余部辞书。历任内蒙古扎责特旗文化馆、兴安盟群众艺术馆美术员，黑龙江书画院创作员。作品还有《边疆春色》等。
