生于河北，现为中央国家机关美术家协会会员，《投资收藏指南·年度水墨》编委会主任。毕业于中国矿业大学，研修于中国国家画院，现工作生活于北京。

艺术经历：
石景瑞出生书香门第，家庭的熏陶使他从小就与翰墨结缘，严格的家教，刻苦的自励，以至在小学的时候他的书法就闻名乡里，这为他以后走上绘画之路奠定了坚实的基础。所谓书画同源，中国画家皆善书，艺无止境，石景瑞懂得时代发展，艺术家必须把传统和现代的审美意识提高到新时代的艺术高度来认知，才能创造出更好的作品。石景瑞在努力实践着，使自己的绘画艺术不断超越自我，以更多的精品给今天画坛带入清新的气息，石景瑞多年来潜心研究中国画艺术，在山水画创作与探索中形成了独特的个人画风，成为了当代山水画领域中的代表性画家，并多次被全国艺术机构评为最具学术价值与收藏潜力的画家。

景瑞大弟，燕赵人氏，客居京华习画学书不知觉者已经八年矣。景瑞悉心传统，与宋元诸家用功最多，然后兼习沈石田文征明，观其近作，青绿有细沈意味而水墨则有粗文之致，集两家之长于一身殊为不易。景瑞弟十年一个台阶，稳扎稳打，根基实在，前景大好，“景明瑞和”形式喜人，景瑞大弟努力哉。
