1983年毕业于江西景德镇陶瓷学院美术系，文学学士学位。海南省美术家协会理事，海口美术家协会副秘书长，海口油画学会秘书长，海口画院专职画家。2002年油画作品《汛》入选中国美协《第十六届新人新作展》；2003年油画作品《空间》入选《携手新世纪--第三届中国油画展精选作品展》；2004年油画作品《恒》入选《第二届新世纪海南省美术作品展》获银奖；2005年油画作品《谧》入选《自然与人--第二届中国当代山水·油画风景展》；2006年油画作品《新港的早晨之二》入选《阳光·热土--海南省油画家提名展》。
