刘奇卡，1956年生，贵阳市群众艺术馆馆长、研究馆员（国家一级美术师），贵阳市群文学会会长，中国书法家协会会员，贵州省书法家协会常务理事，贵州省美术家协会常务理事，贵州省美术家协会六画种艺委会副主任，贵州省摄影家协会常务理事。
贵阳市美术家协会副主席，贵阳市书法家协会副主席，贵州画院特聘画师，贵州省美术家协会工笔画研究会会长。刘奇卡书法、摄影、根艺、绘画等都有相当的造诣。擅长以碑体写行书，尤以北碑最为得意，同时涉猎行、草、隶。作品入选1993年国际中国书画博览会、1995年跨世纪当代诗书画印作品大联展、第六届全国书法篆刻展、第三届中国书坛新人新作品展、中国艺术界名人作品展示会、全国书法名家邀请展、文化部第八届、第十届“群星奖”作品展、1999年全国中青年书画百家邀请展、全国首届职工艺术书画展等重大展览。曾获国际金奖2个、二等奖4个、省级一等奖4个、市级以上奖60余个。作品被国内月燕、枣阳碑林、肇庆博物馆等多处收藏。
