冯泊

冯泊，男，汉族，1968年生于甘肃秦安，毕业于西北师范大学美术系，进修于中国美术家协会中国画高研班和中央美院研究生同等学历班。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，天水市美协理事，天水市青美术家协会常务副主席，秦州区美协副主席。
