黄馨胜，生于广西玉林陆川，学习于北京画院研究生班，北京师范大学汉语言文学。国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，北京画院石齐艺术研究会副会长，中国职业画家协会常务理事，草木皴画法第一人，诡异山水首创者。“草木皴，诡异绘，金沙墨，锦绣天。”

Huang Xinsheng, born in Luchuan, Yulin, Guangxi, studied in the postgraduate class of Beijing Academy of painting, Chinese language and literature of Beijing Normal University. He is a national first-class artist, a member of China Artists Association, a member of China Fine Brushwork Painting Association, vice president of Shiqi Art Research Association of Beijing Academy of painting, executive director of China professional painters Association, the first person who has the skill of grass and wood texturing, and the creator of weird landscapes. "The grass and trees are chapped, the strange paintings are made, the Jinsha ink is made, and the splendid sky is made."
