高华文

高华文教授，NormanKOWah-Man，是香港雕塑家，大学教授，流体力学及声学专家，香港噪音管制的先导者。高教授专长于工程、环保和安全范畴，是工程发展项目顾问，对象包括路政署、海事处、前九广铁路公司、香港理工大学、北京理工大学、中华电力等。
高教授曾任港大机械工程系讲座教授，2000年退休。高教授学术著作先后发表于国际学术期刊、国际会议论文集，论文约240篇。
